Deposit policy:
Reservations must be paid in full at time of booking without exception.
Cancellation policy:
There are no refunds under any circumstance.
There are no adjustments for late arrivals or early departures.
We will accommodate a one-time rescheduling of your reservation if notified at least 7 days prior to your reservation arrival date.
Check-In Upon Arrival:
Please check in at the General Store immediately upon arrival. All registered guests will be issued a registration permit and receipt to affix to the window of your vehicle. Permits must be affixed in front windshield in clear view.
Late Arrivals:
Late arrivals must check in at the General Store before 9:00 AM. Failure to self-register will result in a 15% registration surcharge.
