IDAHO DUNES RV RESERVATION POLICIES

Deposit policy:

Reservations must be paid in full at time of booking without exception.

Cancellation policy:

  • There are no refunds under any circumstance.
  • There are no adjustments for late arrivals or early departures.
  • We will accommodate a one-time rescheduling of your reservation if notified at least 7 days prior to your reservation arrival date.

Check-In Upon Arrival:

Please check in at the General Store immediately upon arrival. All registered guests will be issued a registration permit and receipt to affix to the window of your vehicle. Permits must be affixed in front windshield in clear view.

Late Arrivals:

After hours arrivals must check in before 10:00 AM. Failure to self-register by 10:00 AM will result in a 20% registration surcharge.
